mental health support

Yes, change is possible. It starts with small actions.

You don't have to be on your own to know what to do when things arent’s going well - and more importantly, before things aren’t going well - to reduce your symptoms, avoid relapses and improve your well-being.

Like Louise, when you start your mental health support journey, it is quite normal to experience apprehension and symptoms. Indeed, it is not easy to confide in and talk about yourself to people you do not know. Building a relationship of trust takes time; as you go along, you will feel more and more at ease and confident.

By getting to know yourself and your symptoms, assessing your health condition and your options, choosing what you believe is best for you, and taking concrete action to make changes, it becomes possible to reclaim power and improve your mental health.
