There are a thousand and one ways to look after your mental health; seeking help is one of them.

If you're having difficulty managing your emotions or finding your balance, you can seek professional assistance. Accepting help and naming your experience is a sign of courage and an important first step towards feeling better.

Resources and support services are available to assist you. That's why Relief exists: To help you find your own version of relief along your journey.

During the course of your life, you will experience highs and lows. These fluctuations shape who you are and make you unique. Sometimes a trying passage can become an arduous climb.

Relief has been providing a complementary approach to psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy for over 32 years in the form of self-management support. Like Louise, you no longer have to wait. You have the option to take action before, during, and after being placed on a waiting list.

One of the benefits of self-management is that you never have to start from scratch. By reading these lines, you are already taking action! Having the tools to regain control over your mental health means you're already on the right track.
