Helping a loved one without hurting yourself

As a loved one, you may feel worried and powerless and these feelings are valid. You cannot meet all their needs. Don’t forget to look after yourself and to delegate to avoid exhaustion.

Surround yourself with people you can talk to and have fun with. This will help you maintain a healthy balance and nurture your mental health.
